"Checkout took forever"
The checkout line moved really slow, and the cashier seemed kind of lost the whole time. I wasn’t sure what was going on, but that part was weird. Just felt like it took way longer than it should have.

The payment went through quickly and I got my receipt right away, so that part was fine. I just felt a little ignored overall, like there wasn’t much communication or acknowledgment beyond the automated receipt

I use the Kwik Trip app mostly for rewards and to check deals before I stop in. I was going to say it took a minute to learn, but it’s easy to figure out, and I like having my card right there on my phone.

It loads fine for me most of the time, even when I’m rushing to grab gas or coffee. The coupons have worked without much hassle too. It’s nothing fancy, but it does what I need it to do.

I’ve grabbed the hot food a few times, and it’s just been kind of dry, like it had been sitting out too long. It’s not terrible or anything, but I probably wouldn’t get it again unless I was just in a rush

I stop at Kwik Trip a lot on road trips, and the bathrooms are usually clean, which I really appriciate. The sinks, stalls, and floors are normally kept up well, even when the place is busy. One time they were out of paper towels, so it’s not perfect, but it’s still way better than most gas station bathrooms I’ve been in.

I usually go to kwiktrip.com when I’m trying to double-check a store’s hours before I get in the car, and it’s been dependable for me. I like that I can look up a specific location and quickly see the hours, and so far they’ve matched what’s posted on the doors when I get there.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that holiday hours can be a little harder to figure out, and sometimes I have to click around more than I’d like. Still, it’s convenient and has definitely saved me from making a useless trip across town.

"Convenient, but double-check the prices"
Just a heads up if you shop at Kwik Trip a lot: it’s definitely convenient and most of the stuff is decent, but the prices aren’t always the best. Some deals are actually good, but other items can be noticeably higher than what you’d pay somewhere else. I still stop there when I need to, but I’d definitely compare prices instead of assuming everything is a deal.

I started using the rewards a while back, maybe sometime last spring or early summer, I can’t remember exactly. But the points really do add up faster than I expected, and it’s always a nice surprise when I have enough for a free drink or snack.

The Kwik Trip by me is clean most of the time, the floors usually look decent, the bathrooms are kept up better than I’d expect for a gas station, and even though every now and then the trash cans out by the pumps get a little too full, it still feels way cleaner than most of the other places I end up stopping at.

"Not as convenient as it should be"
Kwik Trip is okay, but the locations around me are hit or miss. I usually end up driving past a bunch of other gas stations just to get to one, so it’s not exactly convenient. I really wish they had more stores in my area. Also, having to deal with repeated verification stuff gets annoying fast, it feels like I’m constantly proving it’s me just to do something simple.

I used to always like stopping by Kwik Trip, but lately the food at my store just ain’t been that great.
The stuff in the hot case taste like it’s been sitting there for awhile, and the donuts I got the last couple times were dry. I also tried a chicken sandwich and it was warm, but the bun was kinda stale.
The workers are still nice, so I’m giving it 2 stars for that. I just wish they checked the food more often cause it used to be a lot better.

"My Go-To Gas Stop When Prices Get Ridiculous"
Gas prices around me can feel like a personal attack, but Kwik Trip usually comes through with cheaper prices than the other stations nearby. I check prices way more often than I’d like to admit, and most of the time I end up pulling in there. It’s not like I’m saving a fortune, but a few bucks each fill-up definitely adds up

My Kwik Trip rewards weren’t showing up correctly, so I reached out to support. They did get it fixed, but it took a few back-and-forth messages and a little longer than I thought it would. Not the worst experience, just a bit annoying while it was happening. Overall, I’m glad it got handled
